Gonadorelin
Gonadorelin is a synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analog. Its amino acid sequence is identical to that of GnRH naturally secreted by the human hypothalamus (a decapeptide compound).
Main Efficacy and Mechanism of Action of Gonadorelin Treatment of Human Infertility and Fertility Gonadorelin has therapeutic effects on fertility disorders caused by hypothalamic dysfunction and insufficient gonadotropin secretion. • Female Ovulation Disorders and Amenorrhea: It can induce and stimulate follicle development and ovulation, and assist in the treatment of certain infertility caused by hormone deficiency, such as amenorrhea or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). • Male Oligospermia or Gonadal Atrophy: It stimulates testicular development, promotes sperm formation, and improves fertility in some men.
