ACE-031 (generic name: Ramatercept) is a synthetic soluble activin receptor type IIB (ActRIIB)-IgG1-Fc fusion protein.

ACE-031 Main Efficacy and Mechanism of Action 1. Powerful Promotion of Muscle Hypertrophy • Releasing the Brakes on Muscle Growth: Under normal circumstances, myostatin inhibits muscle protein synthesis and promotes muscle breakdown.
